Not included:

• wireless use: $ 10 weekly
• extra payment for pets  $ 5 per pet  and day
• no pets without request
• rent price plus 6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax
• final cleaning $  90
• security deposit  $ 200,   refunded at departure

• payment rent: 50% in advance 3 months upon arrival

  No refund of prepayment,you get a credit voucher considering reversal costs, you may redeem at a later available time.You  may name a substitute renter for your reservation

Cancellation: it will be charged:
to 4 weeks before arrival $ 100.00
to 3 weeks before arrival $ 150.00 /week
to 2 weeks before arrival $ 200.00/week
later on – no refund, no voucher

Arrival:
Please announce your Arrival time. Arrival: after 3 p.m.- you may move in your pyramid.If you are delayed at your arrival day let us know.If there is no recall, the reservation is good to the next day 3 p.m., afterwards you will not be entitled to rent.

Departure:
until 10 a.m.
